摘  要:现有标准对混合动力挖掘机能效测试规定不详细、难满足测试条件一致性、未反映实际工作条件下的性能,无法反映挖掘机的真实节能水平.基于此,提出对人员、设备、场地、环境等测试条件的一致性进行明确,并对挖掘机作业范围、测试数据有效性、评价指标对比条件等测试过程和结果的一致性进行规定,使混合动力挖掘机能效评价标准化、可对比化.The existing standards are not detailed in the energy efficiency test of the hybrid power excavator,difficult to meet the consistency of the test conditions,and do not reflect the performance under the actual working conditions,which can not reflect the real energy saving level of the excavator.Based on this,the consistency of the testing conditions such as personnel,equipment,site and environment is clarified,and the consistency of the testing process and results of the excavator operation range,test data validity,evaluation index comparison condition and so on are stipulated,so that the energy efficiency evaluation of the hybrid excavator is standardized and comparable.
