权力感与团体态度偏向对态度改变的影响

摘　　要：通过探讨权力感与团体态度偏向对态度改变的影响,对权力感的接近—抑制理论与情境聚焦理论进行验证。实验采用多因素实验设计,通过角色扮演范式操纵被试的权力感,以权力感和团体态度偏向为自变量,前后测的态度改变量为因变量。结果发现:团体态度偏向主效应显著,高权力感比低权力感发生明显的态度转变。权力感主效应不显著,团体态度偏向与权力感之间存在交互作用,高权力感者在不同团体态度偏向下态度变化量的差异显著,低权力感者在不同团体态度偏向下态度变化的差异不显著。具体的解释为:高权力感者被多数反对时,更反对自己原来的态度,在少数反对的情况下,保持原有态度;对低权力感者而言,无论多数反对还是少数反对,该群体都保持原有的观点。This paper verifies the approach-inhibition theory and the situated focus theory of sense of power by discussing the influence of sense of power and group attitude bias on the attitude change. Multi-factor experimental design is adopted. The sense of power of the participants is manipulated by way of the role-playing paradigm with the sense of power and the group attitude bias being independent variable,and the attitude changes in the pre-test and the post-test being dependent variable. The results are as follows. The main effect of group attitude bias is significant,and a more significant change of attitude occurs in the high sense of power than in the low sense of power. The main effect of sense of power is not significant. There is an interaction between group attitude bias and sense of power. Under the different group attitude biases,the changes of attitude are significant in the group of high sense of power but they are not significant in the group of low sense of power. The concrete explanation is as follows. The people with the high sense of power are more apt to oppose the original attitude when they are opposed by the majority,and they maintain the original attitude when they are opposed by the minority. The people with the low sense of power maintain the original view whether the majority or the minority oppose them.
