摘　　要：《永别了,武器》是以第一次世界大战为背景,描述了战时军事医疗体制、战争创伤及治疗和战时疾病。从身体政治角度对该小说进行文本细读,解读军事医学、帝国与身体之间的内在联系,发现军事医学对美帝国构建具有极大的促进作用。战争中军事医疗体制、纪律以及政治权力对参战人员身体监视与规训,折射出作者潜意识中的帝国意识。In the context of the First World War, a large amount of description on military medical system, trauma and its treatment at war and diseases can be read in this novel. Based on close reading of the novel from the political perspective and the inner connection among military medical system, empire and body, it is concluded that military medicine contributes to the construction of the new empire. The supervision and control from the military medical system,principles and political power reflects the author＇s empire subconscious.
