摘 要:采用野外调查与室内试验相结合的方法,对松山自然保护区内5种灌木[小叶鼠李(Rhamnus parviflolius)、小叶丁香(Sytinga microphylla)、白蜡(Fraxinus pennsylvanica)、大果榆(Ulmus macrocarpa Hance)、三裂绣线菊(Spiraea trilobata L.)]的地上生物量进行研究.以植株地径和植株高度为指标,运用SPSS软件对数据进行方差分析和曲线估计,建立并筛选出最优生物量模型.结果表明:5种灌木的最优地上生物量模型均为幂函数方程(P<0.001),其中R2值为0.679~0.802.R2值从大到小依次为小叶丁香、大果榆、小叶鼠李、白蜡、三裂绣线菊.经检验模型拟合结果较好,可以用于灌木地上生物量的估算.Based on the field survey and the laboratory test in Songshan Nature Reserve,the aboveground biomass of five kinds of shrubs( Rhamnus parviflolius,Sytinga microphylla,Fraxinus pennsylvanica,Ulmus macrocarpa Hance,Spiraea trilobata L.) was studied. Using ground diameter and plant height as the estimation indexes,the optimal model of aboveground biomass of the shrubs was established by adopting the statistical software SPSS. Result showed that the biomass could be well expressed by an exponential function( P〈0.001) and the range of R2 is 0.679 = 0. 802. The value of R2 decreased gradually from S. microphylla,U. macrocarpa Hance,R.parviflolius,F.pennsylvanica to S.trilobata L. in order. The model can be used to estimate aboveground biomass of shrubs due to its better simulation result.
