王氏保赤丸治疗儿童功能性消化不良110例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察王氏保赤丸治疗儿童功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将200例患儿随机分为2组,其中观察组110例,口服王氏保赤丸;对照组90例,口服化积口服液。观察2组的疗效及患儿治疗前后餐后饱胀不适、早饱感、上腹痛、上腹烧灼感症状的变化。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患儿餐后饱胀不适、早饱感、上腹烧灼感症状显著改善,总治疗有效率显著更高(均P<0.05)。结论:王氏保赤丸能改善儿童功能性消化不良的临床症状,疗效良好。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Wang＇s Baochi pill in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods： Two hundred cases of the children were randomly divided into a treatment group（110 cases, orally taking Wang＇s Baochi pill） and a control group（90 cases, orally taking Huaji oral liquid）. The efficacy and the improvement of postprandial fullness discomfort, early satiety, epigastric pain and epigastric burning sensation in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results： The symptoms of postprandial fullness discomfort, early satiety, and epigastric burning sensation after meal were significantly improved in the treatment group and total treatment efficiency was higher in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wang＇s Baochi pill can improve the clinical symptoms of children with FD with good curative effect.
