摘  要:目的评价福多司坦对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者氧化应激、炎症反应以及肺通气功能的影响。方法将68例稳定期COPD患者分成福多司坦组和对照组,福多司坦组44例患者,对照组24例患者。对照组给予常规的吸氧、氨溴索化痰、支气管扩张剂等治疗,福多司坦组在对照组的基础上加予福多司坦治疗。在治疗前和治疗后分别对两组患者检测氧化应激、炎症反应及肺通气功能相关指标。结果福多司坦组患者血清中的SOD水平较对照组明显上升(P<0.05),MDA水平较对对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。福多司坦组患者血清中的促炎因子IL-8、TNF-α较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),抗炎因子IL-10较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);福多司坦组患者的肺通气功能指标FEV1、FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC%较对照组均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论稳定期CODP患者经福多司坦治疗后可抑制其炎性反应及氧化应激反应,有助于改善患者的肺通气功能。Objective To observe the clinical effects of fudosteine on pxidative stress,inflammation and pulmonary ventilation function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods The68 patients with stable COPD were divided into two groups:fudosteine group(n=34) and control group(n=24).Control group was treated with Oxygen,ambroxol and Bronchodilator drugs,while fudosteine group with fudosteine.The detection indexes of oxidative stress,inflammation and pulmonary function of ventilation were measured before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group,the Oxidative stress levels of SOD was enhanced(P〈0.05),meanwhile MDA level was reduced in fudosteine group(P〈0.05);the inflammation level of IL-8,TNF-αwere reduced(P〈0.05),meanwhile IL-10 was enhanced in fudosteine group. The indexes of pulmonary ventilation function parameters(FEV1,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC%) were significantly improved in fudosteine group than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Fudosteine could reduce inflammation,inhibit oxidative stress and improve pulmonary ventilation function in stable COPD patients.
