摘　　要：近年来,由于外用糖皮质激素制剂的广泛及不规范应用,激素依赖性皮炎已经成为常见的皮肤病。目前国内外对该病的认识均存有争议,其发病机制及病因也尚不明确。现对其中一个影响因素——人体蠕形螨与该病的相关性的研究进行综述。In recent years,due to the widespread and irregular application of topical glucocorticoids,facial steroid-dependent dermatitis has become a common skin disease. At present,the understanding of this disease both at home and abroad is controversial,its pathogenesis and etiology are still not clear. The correlation between human Demodex as one of the factor influencing the disease is reviewed here.
