摘  要:本研究探究了36份抗病性不同的葡萄种质,构建了不同种之间的遗传关系图谱,为葡萄的选育及其栽培提供一定的依据。提取36份葡萄材料总DNA,并通过ISSR标记筛选出两条多态性丰富的引物,通过非加权配对算术平均法(UPGMA)对ISSR-PCR得到的不同葡萄品种进行聚类分析,建立亲缘关系图。筛选得到的序列ISSR820对36份材料PCR扩增得到不同片段的DNA条带多达208条,多态性比率高达83%。ISSR分子标记将36个葡萄品种主要分为两大类。36 species of grape were explored highly resistant wild grape resources and constructed genetic relationships. The results laid the foundation for the breeding and cultivation of grape in agriculture. Totals DNA of 36 grape materials were extracted and amplified two polymorphic primers through ISSR markers. We conducted cluster analysis of different grape varieties obtained by ISSR-PCR through unweighted paired arithmetic mean(UPGMA) and established the relationship diagram. The result showed that the ISSR820 sequences screened with better polymorphism. DNA bands of different fragments were amplified by PCR of 36 materials for this sequence, up to 208. The polymorphism rate was as high as 83%. The ISSR molecular markers could be used to mainly divide the 36 species of grape into two clusters.
