摘 要:以‘夏黑’葡萄作为试验材料,比较分析了不同LED补光处理对‘夏黑’果实品质与抗性的影响。与对照相比,所有补光处理可明显提高果实穗重、粒重及可溶性固形物含量。其中补光处理(红光:蓝光=6:1)在提高果实穗重、粒重上效果最为明显,处理(红光:蓝光=9:1)可显著提高果实可溶性固形物含量,同时降低果实可滴定酸含量。所有补光处理均可在一定程度上提高葡萄对灰霉病的抗性,尤以处理(红光:蓝光=1:1)效果最为明显。葡萄穗长在所有处理中没有明显差异。因此,适宜的LED补光处理可有效提高设施葡萄的品质与抗性。In this study, the 'Summer black' grape was used as materials for investigating the effects of different light emitting diode(LED) light sources on the fruit quality and resistance. The results showed that the different LED light supplement significantly improved the cluster, single berry weight, and soluble solid, compared with the control. The cluster and single berry weight with LED light(Red:Blue=6:1) supplement were highest among the treatments. The LED(Red:Blue=9:1) increased the content of soluble solids and resulted in the lowest content of titratable acid. All the LED light supplement improved disease resistance of grapevine, and LED(Red:Blue=1:1) treatment was the best. While the cluster length had no significant differences under LED supplement treatment compared with control. In conclusion, LED light supplement displayed significant effects on improvement of fruit quality and resistance of grapevine under protected cultivation.
