摘 要:利用3种需冷量模型(≤7.2℃模型、0~7.2℃模型和犹他模型)和2种需热量模型(生长度小时模型和有效积温模型)分别对"申沪"系列葡萄新品种进行需冷量及需热量测定,并分析两者的相互关系。结果表明,4个新品种的需冷量值分别介于397~656 h(0~7.2℃模型)、537~853 h(≤7.2℃模型)和564~773 CU(犹他模型),其中‘申丰’和‘申玉’需冷量最低,‘沪培1号’最高;而需热量值介于8995~9610 GDH℃(生长度小时模型)和76~89 D℃(有效积温模型),其中‘申丰’和‘申华’需热量最低,‘沪培1号’最高。同时还得到葡萄新品种的需冷量与需热量之间呈正相关关系。Chilling and heat requirements for four new grape cultivars 'Shen/Hu' varieties(Vitis vinifera L. × V. labrusca L.) in Shanghai were determined by 3 different estimation models(≤7.2 ℃ model, the 0-7.2 ℃ model and the Utah model) for chilling requirements and 2 different estimation models(the growing degree hour model and the effective accumulated temperature model) for heat requirements under protected culture. The relationships between their chilling and heat requirements were further systematically studied. The results showed that the ranges of chilling requirement were between 397 h and 656 h in the 0-7.2 ℃ model, between 537 h and 853 h in ≤7.2 ℃model and between 564 CU and 773 CU in the Utah model, respectively. Among these four new grapes, the chilling requirement of 'Shenfeng' and 'Shenyu' were the lowest, and 'Hupei 1' was the highest. Heat requirement was varied with cultivars, ranging from 8995 GDH℃ to 9610 GDH℃ in the growing degree hours model and from 76 D℃to 89 D℃ in the effective accumulated temperature model, respectively. The heat requirement of 'Shenfeng' and 'Shenhua' were the lowest and 'Hupei 1' was the highest. Furthermore, it was indicated that chilling requirement was positively correlated with the heat requirement.
