摘　　要：‘昌祥9号’是以四倍体自交系‘W412’作母本,自交系‘J98-9’作父本进行杂交配组筛选出的三倍体无籽西瓜新品种。该品种为中熟品种,全生育期109 d,果实发育期35 d,较易坐果。第1雌花节位第8节,雌花间隔节位7节。单瓜质量4.7 kg,果实圆形,果皮底色浅绿色,表皮有深绿色花条,瓤红色,果皮厚度1.4 cm,耐贮运。少有着色秕籽、无白筋与硬块,白色秕籽小。中心可溶性固形物含量12.28%。适合在河南省各地及周边地区推广种植。2011年通过河南省作物品种审定委员会审定。Triploid watermelon cultivar ‘Changxiang No.9’ was crossed by tetraploid inbred ‘W412’ as female parent and ‘J98-9’ as male parent. It is a middle ripening cultivar with 109 days whole growth period and 35 days fruit developing period. It is easy to set fruits. The first female flower node is observed at the 8th node position and followed by a female flower every 7 nodes. The average fruit weight is 4.7 kg. The fruit is circular with piebald rind and red flesh.The skin thickness is 1.4 cm and it is suitable for long distance transportation. The center soluble solid content is 12.28%.It is adaptable for cultivation in and around Henan province.
