妊娠合并阑尾炎保守治疗期间的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠合并阑尾炎保守治疗期间的观察与护理方法。方法选择本院2016年11月至2017年11月接收的妊娠合并阑尾炎患者74例,均给予保守治疗,按照护理方法,分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。观察组给予全面的观察与护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,平均住院时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予保守治疗妊娠合并阑尾炎患者全面的观察及护理,有利于提高治疗效果,降低流产及早产发生率,改善妊娠结局。Objective To explore the observation and nursing of conservative treatment of pregnancy complicated with appendicitis. Methods Form November 2016 to November 2017, 74 cases of pregnancy with appendicitis in our hospital were selected and given conservative treatment. According to the nursing method, patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 37 cases in each group. The observ ation group was given comprehensive observation and nursing, the control group was given routine nursing care, the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the average hospital stays was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive observation and nursing on patients with appendicitis combined with pregnancy after conservative treatment will help improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of miscarriage and premature birth, and improve pregnancy outcomes.
