摘　　要：本文结合1例外科手术后病情突发转变的患者所引起的医疗纠纷,来分析肺栓塞和急性冠状动脉综合征两种临床上很难鉴别的急症。Based on a medical dispute caused by sudden change of the patient＇s condition after surgery,this paper analyzes pulmonary embolism and acute coronary syndrome,which are difficult to identifyclinically.
