摘　　要：保护患者人格权是对患者人权予以保障的具体体现,是医务工作者现代职业角色定位的需要,是构建和谐医患关系的基础。文章分析了患者人格权各项具体权利的内涵及我国医事立法对其保护的不足,以期为患者人格权的专门立法提供参考。The protection of patients＇ personality right is the concrete embodiment of the protection of patients＇ human rights,the need of modern professional role positioning of medical workers,and the basis of constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.This paper analyzes the connotation of each specific right of patients＇ personality rights and the inadequacy of the protection of medical legislation in China,so as to provide a reference for the special legislation of patients＇ personality rights.
