摘  要:液氯属于剧毒品,一旦泄露,将造成人员中毒或死亡,火灾、爆炸及环境污染等情况发生,而合理的气体探测器设置能够快速识别气体泄露地点、时间,并快速的启动警报系统。为了研究探测器设置的合理方案,对某氯碱厂的液氯储罐系统泄露情况进行CFD模拟,得到液氯泄露区域实时浓度分布云图,使用MATLAB的优化求解器CPLEX对选取不同数量的探测器方案进行求解,得到适宜的探测器分布方案。结果表明,探测器数量在2-11时,累计时间期望值迅速下降,当探测器数量在11-18之间时,累计时间期望值下降缓慢,当探测器的数量从18增加到22时,检测到气体泄漏的累积时间期望值基本保持不变,说明并不是探测器的数量越多越好,适量的探测器既能达到监测效果,也能很好的节约成本。Liquid chlorine is a heavy drug,once the leak,it will cause poisoning or death,fire,explosion and environmental pollution and other circumstances,and reasonable gas detector set to quickly identify the gas leak location,time,and quickly start the alarm system.In order to study the reasonable scheme of the detector,a CFD simulation of the liquid chlorine tank system leakage of a chlor-alkali plant was carried out to obtain the real-time concentration distribution of the liquid chlorine leakage area.Using the optimization solver CPLEX of MATLAB to select a different number of detector schemes To solve the problem,get the appropriate detector distribution program.The results show that the cumulative number of detectors decreases rapidly when the number of detectors is between 2-11,and the cumulative value decreases slowly when the number of detectors is between 11 and 18,When the number of detectors increases from 18 to 22,the cumulative value of the detection of gas leaks remains substantially constant,indicating that the number of detectors is not the better,Detector can achieve both monitoring and cost savings.
