摘　　要：大力发展乡村旅游是实现乡村振兴和乡村可持续发展的有效手段。本文从沈阳本土发展情况出发,在乡村旅游发展理论研究、乡村旅游发展历程阶段与特征规律分析的基础上,系统总结了沈阳乡村旅游规划编制的实践经验,创造性地提出了乡村旅游资源遴选的"五分"资源分析方法和突出乡村性特点的乡村旅游规划编制的策略建议。Vigorously developing rural tourism is an effective means of realizing rural revitalization and sustainable development of rural areas. Starting from the local development in Shenyang, based on the theoretical research of rural tourism development and the analysis of the development stages and characteristics of rural tourism, this article systematically summarizes the practical experience Shenyang planning of rural tourism, creatively proposes a ＂five points＂ resource analysis method for selecting rural tourism resources and the strategic suggestions for the formulation of rural tourism planning that highlights rural characteristics.
