摘 要:目的研究前庭功能旋转实验对无体征眩晕定位诊断的临床价值。方法从该院在2015年6月—2016年12月收治的无体征或轻微体征眩晕患者中随机抽取100例作为观察组,并随机抽取100名正常人作为对照组,对两组研究对象,均进行VAT检测,对比分析两组研究对象的相关指标。结果颈性VEMP检测后,对照组中一共有28只耳出现异常,异常发生率为14%。观察组中一共有84只耳出现异常,异常发生率为42%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者P13、N23、P13~N23检测值分别为(12.74±0.53)ms、(22.29±3.87)ms、(22.34±2.17)m V,对照组患者P13、N23、P13~N23检测值分别为(17.68±2.07)ms、(27.06±2.82)ms、(27.73±3.29)m V。眼性VEMP检测后,对照组中一共有34只耳出现异常,异常发生率为17%。观察组中一共有80只耳出现异常,异常发生率为40%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者N、P、N-P检测值分别为(10.02±0.65)ms、(15.73±0.61)ms、(3.21±3.13)m V,对照组患者N、P、N-P检测值分别为(11.09±0.84)ms、(17.11±1.04)ms、(2.02±1.57)m V。VNG检测后,观察组有36例出现异常,异常率为36%,对照组有15例出现异常,异常率为15%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ABT检测后,观察组半规管轻瘫指数阳性率为50%,对照组CP阳性率为15%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈性VEMP检测、眼性VENP检测对眩晕诊断具有一定的辅助作用,同时,ABT检测能够分侧定位,结合VNG检测,能够很好的发挥VAT检测的目的,值得进行临床应用和推广。Objective This paper tries to study the clinical value of vestibular function rotation test in the absence of body vertigo diagnosis. Methods 100 patients with no signs or slight signs of vertigo admitted to this hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected as observation groups, and 100 normal individuals were randomly se- lected as the control group. VAT was performed on both patients. Comparative analysis of the relevant indicators of the two groups of patients was implemented. Results After cervical VEMP was detected, a total of 28 ears in the control group showed abnormalities, with an abnormal rate of 14%. A total of 84 ears were abnormal in the observation group, and the abnormal rate was 42%. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).
