心理治疗对寻常型银屑病患者疗效及生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析心理治疗对寻常型银屑病患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法随机选取该院门诊自2016年6月—2017月11月收治的寻常型银屑病患者82例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(42例)、观察组(40例),对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上联合心理治疗,分析两组治疗总有效率、负面心理、生活质量、PASI评分。结果治疗总有效率对比显示观察组87.5%高于对照组66.7%(P<0.05,χ~2=4.995);生活质量对比显示观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);负面心理、PASI评分对比显示观察组(40.8±2.6)、(41.5±3.5)、(3.2±3.1)分低于对照组(48.8±3.0)、(49.9±3.1)、(8.8±6.1)分(P<0.05,t=12.877、11.518、5.201);血清细胞因子水平对比显示观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在寻常型银屑病患者临床治疗上,实施心理治疗,既可提高治疗总有效率、生活质量,又可改善负面心理及临床症状,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of psychotherapy on the efficacy and quality of life of pa- tients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 82 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were treated at this hospital from June 2016 to November 2017 were randomly selected and divided into a control group （42 cases） and an observation group （40 cases）. The group was treated with conventional drugs. The observation group was combined with psychotherapy on the basis of conventional drug therapy. The total effective rate, negative psychology, quality of life, and PASI score were analyzed. Results The comparison of total treatment efficiency showed that 87.5% of the observation group was higher than the control group （66.7%） （P〈0.05, X2=4.995）; the comparison of quality of life showed that the observation group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; negative psychological, PASI score comparison showed the observation group （40.8±2.6）points, （41.5±3.5）points, （3.2±3.1） points were lower than the control group （48.8±3.0）points, （49.9±3.1）points, （8.8±6.1）points （P〈0.05, t=12.877, 11.518, 5.201）; serum eytokine levels showed that the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, the implemen- tation of psychological therapy can not only improve the total treatment efficiency, quality of life, but also improve the negative psychological and clinical symptoms, the clinical application of high value, it is worth promotion.
