摘 要:双丝电弧焊接技术在提高焊接速度和焊丝熔敷率等方面具有突出的优势,在众多行业中已经得到了应用。针对双丝电弧焊接工艺,焊接工作者开发了多种形式的双丝电弧焊接设备,在简要介绍了各工艺特点的基础上,对双丝电弧焊各设备进行了比较。并对双丝电弧焊的焊接参数、电弧物理特性、熔滴过渡以及电弧干扰等进行了分析和总结,提出了现有方法的不足和今后的发展趋势,以期促进双丝电弧焊技术得到进一步的发展和应用。Double wire arc welding technology has outstanding advantages in improving welding speed and flux,and has been used in many industries.In view of the double wire arc welding technology,welding researchers had developed many kinds of double wire arc welding equipment,and on the basis of the brief introduction of each process characteristic,the equipment of double wire arc welding were compared.The welding parameters,physical characteristics of arc,droplet transition and arc interference of double wire arc welding were analyzed and summarized,and the shortages of the existing methods and their future development trends were put forward to promote the further development and application of double wire arc welding technology.
