摘  要:管子与管板接头对空冷器的耐腐蚀性能具有决定性影响。本项目在低合金钢管板表面堆焊镍基合金,管子使用镍基合金。在保证空冷器具有优良抗腐蚀性能的前提下,很大程度上降低了设备投资成本。为了满足加氢装置高压空冷器抗腐蚀要求,采用镍基合金带极堆焊工艺对Q345R(HIC)低合金钢管板进行焊接,以提高其耐腐蚀性能,并进行焊接工艺评定,得到了最佳堆焊工艺参数,完成了产品制造。Tube and tube sheet joints have a decisive influence on the corrosion resistance of air coolers.The nickel base alloy was deposited on the surface of low alloy steel tube plate,and the tube is made of nickel base alloy.The cost of equipment is greatly reduced under the premise that the air cooler has excellent corrosion resistance.In order to meet the requirement of corrosion resistance for high pressure air coolers in hydrogenation plant,strip cladding of nickel base alloy was carried out on the surface of Q345R(HIC)low alloy steel tube plate to improve the corrosion resistance.Meanwhile,welding procedure qualification was carried out to obtain the best strip cladding parameters,and the product was manufactured.
