摘  要:为提高发动机的热效率和功重比,同时降低振动和噪声,针对转子内燃机的结构特点,利用"互相追赶式双活塞转子"和"卵形齿轮双路归一传动输出"结构设计方法设计双活塞转子内燃机,并进行了热功转换计算和结构分析。结果表明,与曲轴连杆式内燃机相比,在相同气缸排量和输出转速条件下,双活塞转子内燃机可以明显降低油耗,功重比倍增;同时,双活塞转子内燃机还具有运行噪音低、可靠性强以及动力输出平稳等特点,具有广阔的军用和民用前景。Based on the structure characteristic of rotor internal combustion engine,the doubleplunger rotor internal combustion engine was designed by using the design method of "the mutualchase double-plunger rotor"and "the double-to-one ovoid gear transmission output"to improve the thermal efficiency and the work weight ratio of engines, and to reduce vibration and noise simultaneously. And the thermal power conversion calculation and structure analysis were carried out. The results indicate that the fuel consumption of double-plunger rotor internal combustion engine reduced obviously,and the ratio of power and weight were multiplied compared with the crankshaft connecting rod internal combustion engine under the condition of the same cylinder displacement and output speed. Meanwhile,the double-plunger rotor internal combustion engine has the advantages of lower running noise,higher reliability and more stable power output,etc,This engine consequentlyhas a broad prospect of military and civilian.
