摘  要:对含预设裂缝沥青复合小梁进行疲劳试验,探讨梁底部的支撑方式和预设裂缝位置对于复合小梁裂缝扩展行为和疲劳寿命的影响。采用随机骨料生成和投放算法建立复合梁的异质模型,借助ABAQUS平台的扩展有限元方法对比分析了复合梁在均质和异质模型下的裂缝扩展路径,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比。研究结果表明:均质和异质模型下裂缝扩展行为总体上基本一致,但裂缝扩展路径、最大主应力分布形式相差较大,异质模型下裂缝扩展路径更接近试验结果,其最大主应力分布也能更好地解释裂缝扩展朝着荷载作用位置进行且扩展速率在裂缝扩展过程中逐渐增大的现象;平板支撑方式下沥青复合小梁裂缝扩展行为与实际路面状况更接近。A fatigue test on the asphalt composite beam with prefabricated cracks is carried out to study the influence of the support and cracking position on the crack propagation and fatigue life.The heterogeneous model of composite beam is established by the random aggregate generation and packing algorithm. The cracking paths of the composite beam calculated by the XFEM computation module of ABAQUS with both the homogeneous and heterogeneous models are,and the simulationresults are compared with the test results. The results show that the cracking behaviors of the homogeneous and heterogeneous models are generally the same,but the cracking paths and the distribution of the maximum principal stress are quite different. The cracking path of the heterogeneous model is closer to the test results,and the distribution of the maximum principal stress can also better explain the phenomena that cracks propagate towards the loading position and that the expansion rate of cracks gradually increases during the crack propagation. The crack propagation of the asphalt composite beam under the flat plate support is closer to that on actual road surface.
