摘　　要：介绍了黄秋葵的营养保健作用、食用方法,并从品种类型、育苗、定植、田间管理等方面详细阐述了黄秋葵栽培关键技术环节,以期对北方地区黄秋葵露地栽培提供参考依据。This paper describes the nutrition and health functions and edible methods of Okra, and elaborates the key cultivation techniques of Okra from the aspects of variety type, nursery, planting, field management, etc., in order to provide reference for the cultivation of Okra in open field in northern China.
