摘　　要：当今,高校教学改革仍然是教育领域不可忽视的重要研究课题。在以创新为核心的教育改革发展进程中,应积极探索高校教学发展的新形式,进而在教育教学协同创新视野下,重新定位高校教学管理的目标,促进教育创新与教学改革创新的协调发展。高校教学创新改革发展的有效生成体现在知识观、教学策略的转变以及教育制度和教学体系创新的全过程,不仅要在教育思想、教育理念和教育方法上相互贯通,还应该渗透在课堂教学的各个方面、各个环节之中。Nowadays, in the field of education, the reform of college teaching is still an important research topic that cannot be ignored. In the process of education reform with innovation as the core, we should actively explore new forms of teaching development in colleges and universities, and then reorient the objectives of university teaching management and promote the coordinated development of education innovation and teaching reform in the perspective of collaborative innovation in education and teaching. The effective development of the reform of university teaching innovation is reflected in the transformation of knowledge view, teaching strategy and the whole process of education system and teaching system innovation. Therefore, it should not only be interlinked in educational ideas, educational concepts, and educational methods, but should also be infiltrated in all aspects of classroom teaching.
