大学学生宿舍人际关系调查与分析

摘　　要：宿舍是大学生生活的主要场所,宿舍内人际关系会影响每个成员的情绪,进而影响其学习、生活,甚至影响到学业成绩和身心健康。本次调查依据SPSS18.0软件等分析方法,制定了以日常宿舍生活中所见所闻和主要矛盾冲突点为主的调查问卷,对当前内蒙古科技大学学生宿舍人际关系现状进行了研究。结果表明,在宿舍中的互助频率、交流频率、打扫卫生主动性与参加集体活动的情况这几项,均与年级存在相关关系,但与性别的相关性关系相对较弱。同时,有64%的同学认为宿舍人际关系十分重要,且对当前状况满意度较高。宿舍内成员交流沟通,参与宿舍集体活动频繁,与年级有强烈的相关关系,也有意愿努力提高宿舍人际关系状态。但也有36%的同学并不满意目前宿舍现状,认为宿舍生活质量有待提高。对此,我们进一步探讨了大学生宿舍人际关系中存在的问题,并提出了改善建议。Dormitory is the main place for college students to live. The interpersonal relationship will affect the emotions of eachroommate, which will affect their study, life and even their academic performance and physical and mental health. The study is basedon SPSS 18.0 Software and other analytical methods.A questionnaire which has been conducted on the relationship among collegestudents is developed to focus on the daily life and the main conflicts of the dormitory in Inner Mongolia University of Science＆Technology. The study shows that mutual assistance, communication, initiative cleaning and participation in group activities in the dormitory are all related to the grade, but the correlation with gender is relatively weak. Meanwhile, 64% of the students take an attitude that the interpersonal relationship in the dormitory is important and satisfied with the current situation. The members of the dormitory communicate with each, participate in the dormitory group activities frequently, which has strong relevance with the grade, andthey are also willing to attempt to improve the interpersonal relationship in the dormitory. But 36% of the students dissatisfy withcurrent dormitory situation and hold an idea that the quality of the dormitory life should be enhanced. In this way, we further discussthe problems existing in the interpersonal relationship of college students＇ dormitory, and give some suggestions for improvement.
