摘 要:慢慢迈进大四,面临就业的压力,在临近社会的时间节点,却发现不清楚自己到底喜欢什么,可是也不想按部就班的走下去,来寻者纠结于是否应该出国留学及相关的事项,对未来的发展也是一片茫然。根据霍兰德职业生涯、克朗伯兹社会学习理论,引导来询者分别对本身特质、社会工作及世界进行多方位、深层次的探索,以理性决策、目标导向为解决措施,努力实现知行合一,最终实现自身的职业生涯规划[1]。能够把目标分成短中长三种层次进行制定,使自身前进的道路能够有一个明晰的方向。同时,鼓励其正确对待生涯规划中出现的一些状况,在实践过程中,做好灵活应对,及时评估和修正[2]。Slowly entering the senior year and facing the pressure of employment, the inquirers found it difficult to understandwhat they really like at the time when they were close to the society. However, they didn't want to go step by step. They were looking for someone to linger on whether they should study abroad and related issues. It is also a loss for the future development. According to Holland’ s career and Krumbaz’ s social learning theory, the inquirers were guided to conduct multi-faceted and in-depthexplorations of their own characteristics, social work, and the world. Rational decision-making and goal-orientation were the solutionsand efforts were made to realize knowledge and action. First, to achieve their own professional career planning, they can divide theirgoals into three categories: short, medium, and long, so that the road to self-development can havea clear direction. At the sametime, it encourages them to correctly handle some of the conditions that emerged in the career plan. In the course of practice, theyshould respond flexibly and evaluate and correct it in a timely manner.
