兰白实验区高新技术产业集聚与优化布局研究

摘　　要：阐述了高新技术产业集聚与优化布局的理论和趋势,结合兰白实验区的实际,分析认为当前兰白实验区高新技术产业布局存在着总体格局协调性差、空间分布不集中、产业类型雷同、产业集聚脆弱等问题。为此,从努力做好产业布局的规划,在空间上建立产业布局的集聚机制,发展和开发多种产业主体,建设服务产业集群的高效的综合服务平台等方面提出了优化布局的建议。This paper expounds the theory and trend of the agglomeration and optimal layout of high and new technology industry.According to the reality of Lanbai experimentation area,it is considered that there are some problems in the layout of the high technology industry in Lanbai experimentation area,namely poor overall pattern,the spatial distribution is not centralized,the industry type is identical,and the industrial agglomeration is fragile and weak.Therefore,from the planning of the industrial layout,the agglomeration mechanism of industrial layout is set up,the development and development of various industrial subjects,and the efficient and comprehensive service platform for the construction of the service industry cluster are put forward to optimize the layout.
