摘  要:受到实验学时的限制,教师在课堂上不能详细讲授减压蒸馏的实验原理和操作细节。这导致学生对减压蒸馏的理解不足,不能很好地利用这项技术解决实际问题。因此,结合3-丁酮酸乙酯的制备实验,解读减压蒸馏的实验技术,分析具体的操作细节,并介绍如何用最简化的实验装置进行减压蒸馏操作。学生可以根据提供的信息,通过两种不同实验装置和操作方法的比较,更好地理解实验原理,掌握减压蒸馏技术,提高个人的实践创新能力。The teacher cannot explain experiment principle and operation details of the vacuum distillation in the laboratory for the experimental time limit. Students also did not understand problem of the vacuum distillation thoroughly,which make them cannot use this technology to solve practical problems. Therefore,this paper combines experiment on the preparation acetylacetic ether to interpret vacuum distillation techniques and analyze specific operational details,and introduces how to decompression operation is the most simplified experimental device. On the basis of the information provided by this paper and combining with two different experimental devices and operation methods,students can better understand the experimental principle and master the technology of vacuum distillation,and enhance their innovation ability and practical ability.
