摘  要:大型仪器设备是体现高校办学实力和实验教学水平的重要标志,充分挖掘大型仪器教学功能,对培养创新型高素质人才具有重要作用。以大型仪器设备为依托,围绕实践教学系列课程的内容优化和有效衔接,从实验项目的内容及实验方法改革入手,拓展新的教学内容,丰富实验教学手段,以求改变原先一成不变的教学模式。通过该实验教学的改革,进一步拓展了本专业大型仪器设备的教学功能,强化了本科生在仪器操作及仪器应用方面的能力,提高了专业实验课程的水准和层次。Large-scale instrument is an important embodiment of the level of experimental teaching in college education. It is necessary to explore the teaching function of large-scale instruments in order to cultivate innovative high-quality talent. Based on the large-scale instrument,the new teaching content and the experimental method is explored,the content of the experimental course series is optimized and effectively connected,and the experimental teaching method is enriched in order to improve the original teaching mode. Through the reform of the experimental teaching,the teaching function of the large-scale instrument is expanded,which can strengthen the undergraduates' ability of instrument operation and instrument application,and improve the level of the professional experiment course.
