磷酸酯化-CHPTAC醚化交联两性蔗渣木聚糖的合成与表征

摘  要:将蔗渣木聚糖(BX)经氢氧化钠活化、多聚磷酸钠(STTP)酯化得磷酸酯化蔗渣木聚糖,再经3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)醚化、盐酸酸化、乙二醛交联等反应得到新型生物活性物质磷酸酯化-CHPTAC醚化交联两性蔗渣木聚糖(PCBX)。通过考察影响产物取代度和黏度的主要因素,得到较佳的酯化反应条件:m_(NaOH)∶m_(BX)=0.5∶1,m_(STTP)∶m_(BX)=2∶1,反应温度60℃,反应时间7 h;醚化反应条件:m_(CHPTAC)∶m_(BX)=1∶1,反应温度60℃,反应时间6 h;交联反应条件:m_(GO)∶m_(BX)=0.4∶1,反应温度45℃,反应时间2.5 h。测得产物PCBX的阴离子取代度(DS)为0.08,阳离子取代度(DSC)为0.25,2%水溶液黏度为60m Pa·s。用红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和热分析仪对PCBX结构、表面形貌和热稳定性进行了测试表征。Bagasse xylan( BX) was first activated with sodium hydroxide and esterified with sodium polyphosphate( STTP) to produce the phosphate esterified BX. The phosphate esterified BX was etherified with 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride( CHPTAC),acidified with hydrochloric acid and crosslinked with glyoxal to synthesize a new type of bioactive polymer phosphate esterified-CHPTAC etherified crosslinked amphoteric bagasse xylan( PCBX). The major factors influencing the substitution and viscosity of PCBX were investigated. The optimum esterification conditions were: m_(NaOH)∶ m_(BX)= 0. 5∶ 1,m_(STTP)∶ m_(BX)= 2∶ 1,reaction temperature at 60 ℃ and reaction time for 7 h. The etherification conditions were: m_(CHPTAC)∶ m_(BX)= 1∶ 1,reaction temperature at 60 ℃ and reaction time for 6 h. The crosslinking conditions were: m_(GO)∶ m_(BX)= 0. 4∶ 1,reaction temperature at 45 ℃ and reaction time for 2. 5 h. The anionic substitution degree( DS) of PCBX was 0. 08,and the cation substitution degree( DSC) was 0. 25. The 2% aqueous solution viscosity of PCBX was 60 m Pa·s.The structure,surface topography and thermal stability of the PCBX were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and TG-DTG.
