摘 要:在酸性介质中,硫酸新霉素质子化而带正电荷,与带负电荷的锌试剂阴离子通过静电引力作用结合成离子缔合物,反应体系的共振散射信号增强,据此建立了一种简单、灵敏、快速测定硫酸新霉素含量的共振散射光谱新方法。在优化的实验条件下,波长628 nm处,硫酸新霉素浓度在0.04~0.4μg/m L范围内与体系共振散射强度的增加值(ΔI)呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:ΔI=145.60c+5.363,相关系数r=0.998 9,方法检出限为9 ng/m L。将该方法应用于实际样品的测定,同时做加标回收实验,回收率为99.4%~105.2%。In acid medium,protonated neomycin sulfate( NEO) with positive charge reacted with the negatively charged zincon by electrostatic attraction to form ion association complex,resulting in increasing of resonance scattering intensity of the system. Based on this reaction mechanism,a novel resonance light scattering method for the determination of neomycin sulfate was developed with simplicity,sensitivity and rapidity. Under the optimized conditions,the system resonance light scattering intensity at 628 nm was increased linearly with the concentration of NEO favourably over the range from 0. 04 to 0. 4 μg/m L. The equation of linear regression was ΔI= 145. 60 c + 5. 363,with a correlation coefficient of r = 0. 998 9 and a detection limit of 9 ng/m L. This method was applied to the analysis of NEO in real samples with satisfactory results,the recoveries ranged from 99. 4% to105. 2%.
