摘 要:利用热重技术考查八种不同煤焦的燃烧反应性,研究了不同煤焦的燃烧反应性与其灰分碱指数、比表面积、微孔表面积、石墨化程度和化学吸附量等物理化学性质之间的关系.结果表明:不同煤焦的燃烧反应性随煤阶的升高而降低,影响煤焦燃烧反应性的因素由强到弱依次为化学吸附量、石墨化程度、比表面积、微孔表面积、灰分碱指数.其中,化学吸附量可用来表征活性位点的数量;灰分碱指数、比表面积以及微孔表面积越大,石墨化程度越低,煤焦的化学吸附量越大,燃烧反应性越好.不同煤种煤焦的燃烧反应性与化学吸附量之间的线性相关系数最高达0.94,这说明化学吸附量是影响煤焦燃烧反应性的决定性因素.The thermogravimetry was adopted to study the combustion reactivity of char samples derived from eight kinds of coals,and the relationship between combustion reactivity of char samples and alkali index of their ash,specific surface area,micropore area,carbon crystalline structure and chemical adsorption capacity were investigated.The results show that the combustion reactivities of char samples decrease with the increase of coal rank,and the order of factors affecting the combustion reactivity from strong to weak is chemical adsorption capacity,carbon crystalline structure,specific surface area,micropore area and alkali index of char ash.The chemical adsorption capacity can be used to characterize the number of active sites;the higher alkali index,specific surface area,micropore area and lower carbon crystalline structure result in the better chemical adsorption capacity and combustion reactivity of coal char.The linear correlation coefficient between the combustion reactivity and chemical adsorption capacity of char samples can reach as high as 0.94.It means the chemical adsorption capacity is the decisive factor influencing the combustion reactivity of different coal chars.
