摘  要:智慧城市建设已成为城市建设转型升级的主要发展目标,"国际一流、绿色、现代、智慧城市"建设也是雄安新区建设的首要规划的目标之一。基于场所和流动空间视角,将"人"放在雄安新区"智慧城市"建设的中心位置,从建设社会—自然—经济城市生态系统的视角出发,构建新型智慧城市建设系统模型(NewSNE模型),包括以人和流动空间为核心新型社会子系统、将技术融入自然物质和人的新型生态系统以及以信息、知识和技术为核心的新型经济子系统,并从信息融合、技术创新、人文情感和时空布局4个方面提出雄安新区"智慧城市"建设的具体可行路径。Smart city construction has become the main development goal of urban construction transformation and upgrading, and the construction of “world-class, green, modern and smart city” is also one of the primary planning goals of the construction of Xiong’an New Area. Based on place and flowing space perspective, this paper puts “people” in the central position of the construction of “Smart City” in Xiong’an New Area to construct the New-type Smart City Construction System model (NewSNE model) from the perspective of constructing the social-natural-economic urban ecosystem, including the new type of social subsystem with human and flowing space as its core, new ecosystem integrating technology into natural material and human, and the new type of economic subsystem with information, knowledge and technology as its core. From information fusion, technological innovation, humanistic emotion, and space-time layout, this paper puts forward the concrete feasible path of “intelligent city” construction in Xiong’an New Area.
