摘  要:为了研究铜熔敷于钢的高频电磁感应焊接过程,更好地理解该过程中电磁场、热场的分布及变化,利用Ansys对实物进行2D建模,将模型划分为大小合适的网格,对网格进行材料赋值,并设置边界条件,利用其自带的求解器进行循环求解。分析求解出的电磁场和热场,调试其具体参数,通过改变电流、线圈半径等参数来研究其对电磁场和热场的影响,以改进焊接过程中的参数,更完整地了解焊接时温度场的变化。In order to study- the process of high-frequency electromagnetic copper and steel re-melt welding ,better understand the distribution and change of electromagnetic field and heat field in the process of high frequency electromagnetic induction welding. Using Ansys to model the object by 2D,and divide the model into a suitable mesh,assign the material to the grid,and set its boundary- conditions. The solver with its own solver is circulated. The electromagnetic field and thermal field are analyzed. The parameters such as current and coil radius are changed to check the effect of these parameters on the field, so as to improve the use of the parameters in the welding process, and to understand the temperature change of the welding more completely.
