摘 要:埋弧焊(SAW)是目前焊缝金属熔敷效率最高的焊接方法之一。埋弧焊接熔深大、生产率高、机械化操作程度高,因而适于中厚板结构的长焊缝焊接。在大型原油储罐建造过程中,储罐底板焊接量大、交叉作业多导致工期紧张,提高埋弧焊SAW焊接生产率非常必要。结合10万m^3油罐施工,通过增加焊接线能量、窄间隙焊接、添加合金粉末等措施,有效提高了SAW焊接生产率,取得了良好效果。SAW is one way of welding with the high efficiency of metal deposited. SAW is applied in medium and thick steel plates welding with deep penetration,high productivity,and high degree of mechanization operation. It is necessary to improve the welding productivity with the consideration of many welding work for tank bottom plates at crude oil tank farm in limited working time. Combined with the construction of 100 000 nP tank, SAW welding productivity has been effectively improved by increasing the welding line energy,narrow gap welding, and adding alloy powders, resulting in good results.
