摘  要:目的 :构建一套智能体温监测预警系统,用于新兵训练、重大传染病疫情爆发等大量人群集中情况下的体温监测,以加强传染病疫情防控。方法:该系统基于指纹识别、红外测温和无线传输技术实现。硬件系统由体温监测终端、管理控制端、无线传输网络组成。体温监测终端由无线数据收发模块、红外体温监测模块、指纹识别模块、摄像系统、液晶显示屏以及相关的控制电板组成;管理控制端硬件包括计算机、指纹采集设备等;无线传输网络选用频率为170或者433 MHz的无线数传电台和无线数据收发模块。软件系统主要为体温监测预警分析软件,实现体温收集、统计、查询、预警功能。结果:该系统可一次性采集、存储官兵指纹,官兵在规定时间段内通过指纹解锁启动体温监测终端进行体温数据采集,体温数据通过无线网络传输至管理控制端,实现体温的实时监测和预警分析。结论:该系统模块功能清晰、性能稳定可靠,操作简便、效率高,符合部队疾病防控需求。Objective To develop an intelligent system of temperature monitoring and early-warning for large populations in order to strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods The system was based on fingerprint identification, infrared temperature measurement and wireless transmission technologies. The hardware system consisted of temperature monitoring terminals, a management terminal and wireless network. The temperature monitoring terminal was composed of a wireless data transceiver module, an infrared body temperature monitoring module, a fingerprint identification module, a camera system, a LCD panel and related control panels. Management terminal mainly included a computer and fingerprint readers. Wireless network was made up of a digital radio and a transmission module with a frequency of 170 or433 MHz. The software system realized temperature monitoring, early warning and analysis. Results The system collected and stored the fingerprints of the servicemen, then the servicemen unlocked and started the temperature monitoring terminal to execute temperature data acquisition during scheduled time ranges, and the temperature data were transmitted to the management terminal to implement real-time temperature monitoring, early warning and analysis. Conclusion The system gains advantages in accurately defined module functions, high stability and reliability, easy operation and high efficiency, and thus meets the requirements for military disease prevention and control.
