摘　　要：目的 :针对目前军队基层单位医疗卫生器材的保障需求和专(兼)职维修技术人员的数量差距较大、保障任务繁重、技术力量较为薄弱的现状,建立专业的医疗卫生器材示教中心。方法:依托各区域药品仪器检验所的卫生器材检修保障技术力量和卫生器材检测维修实验培训场地,采用理论教学与实机操作相结合的方式,逐步建立各区域性示教中心。结果:医疗卫生器材示教中心可以为军队基层单位医疗卫生器材的操作使用人员提供一个实践练习的学习平台,有效提高其业务技能和保障能力。结论:示教中心的建立可逐步解决日益增加的卫生器材保障需求与技术保障人员短缺之间的矛盾,为军队卫勤事业的发展奠定良好的基础。Objective To establish professional medical equipment demonstration centers to solve the problems in personnel shortage in elementary facilities. Methods The demonstration centers were constructed with the medical equipment technicians from institutes of drug and instrument control, the medical equipment experiment and training fields as well as the mode integrating theoretical teaching and practicing. Results The demonstration centers provided practice platforms, so that the medical equipment users from elementary facilities had the performances and efficiency enhanced greatly. Conclusion The demonstration centers solve the problems due to personnel shortage so as to meet the medical equipment support requirements.
