中小城市老人养老调查研究——以湖北省黄石市为例

摘　　要：本研究以湖北省黄石市为调查对象,在对市、区、街道各级政府有关部门和城区部分养老机构进行深入访谈的基础上,设计制作了调查问卷,对黄石城区部分老人开展了问卷调查。综合访谈和问卷调查结果,指出中小城市——黄石市老人养老存在居家养老,空巢老人占比大;社区涉老服务设施有待改善;基层养老服务人员及经费严重不足;老年人收入有限,购买养老服务能力弱;专业养老服务人员极为匮乏等问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。Based on the in-depth interviews with relevant government agencies of cities,districts and sub-districts and some pension institutions in the urban areas,a questionnaire survey is conducted on some elderly people in Huangshi City. The results of the interviews and questionnaires show that large amounts of elderly in Huangshi City live at home without children taking care of them; the community service facilities for the elderly need to be improved; the grassroots elderly service staff and funds are in short supply; the elderly＇s income is very low that they can＇t afford some services for the aged; professional elderly service staff is scarce,etc.Some countermeasures are put forward to the solve the above mentioned problems.
