领导干部道德对社会主义核心价值观建设的影响

摘　　要：作为社会主义核心价值观建设的领导力量,领导干部应该是社会主义核心价值观的坚定信仰者、积极践行者和榜样示范者,领导干部道德是影响社会主义核心价值观建设的关键因素。信仰迷失、权力异化、生活腐化等领导干部道德失范现象严重破坏了社会主义核心价值观建设的道德生态,针对此,要充分发挥领导干部在社会主义核心价值观建设中的政治领导和榜样示范作用,就必须切实加强领导干部的道德建设,坚定政治信仰、严格依法治权、坚持言行一致等是矫正领导干部道德失范的有效措施。As the leading force in the construction of socialist core values,leading cadres should be firm believers,active practitioners and excellent demonstrators of socialist core values. Leading cadres＇ morality is a critical factor for affecting the construction of socialist core values. The phenomena of leading cadres＇ loss of faith,alienation of power,corrupt life,and so on,have seriously undermined the moral ecology of the construction of socialist core values. The construction of leading cadres＇ morality should be strengthened in order to fully play their political leadership and exemplary role in the construction of socialist core values. The effective measures include： strengthening leading cadres＇ moral construction,hold form their political beliefs,strictly administering power according to law,matching words with deeds,and so on,to rectify leading cadres＇ moral anomy.
