摘　　要：论文介绍了新车型在试制过程中车身骨架变形的原因和找到原因后制定的控制措施以及取得的效果。为解决客车车身骨架变形提供了经验和思路。This paper introduces the causes of the skeleton deformation of bus body in the process of trial production of the new vehicle mode,and the control methods after finding out the causes and the results achieved. Experience and idea for solving the skeleton deformation of bus body is provided.
