摘  要:研发适宜沙漠环境的生物菌肥,对提高土地生产力水平具有重要意义。本研究以泥炭为载体,选取固氮菌、溶磷菌和溶钾菌为菌种材料制成复合生物菌肥,并以纯沙土、泥炭和复合肥为对照,研究复合生物菌肥对杨柴生长和土壤肥力改善中的作用。结果表明,营养杯和沟施2种施肥方式中,N2P2肥料处理的杨柴地上部分生物量比对照分别提高5.0倍和7.8倍,根干重分别提高1.9倍和2.5倍;N2P2和N3P2K2肥料处理对土壤养分提高均较为明显,与对照相比,其土壤速效氮分别提高了4.7倍和3.8倍;速效磷分别提高1.7倍和2.4倍;速效钾分别提高1.4倍和1.4倍;有机质分别提高6.2倍和5.6倍。复合生物菌肥应用于沙漠环境能够明显促进杨柴生长,提高土壤肥力水平。Development of biological bacterial fertilizer suitable for desert is of great significance to enhancing land productivity. In this study,the role of compound biological bacterial fertilizer has been studied in improving the growth and soil fertility of Hedysarum laeve,which is composed with Rhizobium sp.,Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus mucilaginosus,by taking peat as the vector. Through comparing with sandy soil,peat and compound fertilizer,the results show that,in nutrition cup application and ditch application,the aboveground biomass of Hedysarum laeve treated with N2 P2 fertilizer has risen by 5. 0 times and 7. 8 times separately higher than CK,the root dry weight has risen by 1. 9 times and 2. 5 times separately higher than CK. The soil nutrients treated with N2 P2 and N3 P2 K2 have been increased obviously,compared with CK,the soil available nitrogen has risen by 4. 7 times and3. 8 times separately,the soil available phosphorus has risen by 1. 7 times and 2. 4 times separately,the soil available potassium has risen by 1. 4 times and 1. 4 times separately,the organic matter has risen by 6. 2 times and 5. 6 times respectively. The compound biological bacterial fertilizer used in desert can promote the growth of Hedysarum laeve and enhance the soil fertility significantly.
