摘  要:从高速铁路现浇道床板混凝土抗裂需求出发,对高贝利特水泥混凝土的力学性能、收缩性能、绝热温升和抗裂性能进行了试验研究,并进行了现场验证试验.研究结果表明:高贝利特水泥混凝土早龄期弹性模量及180d干缩值明显低于普通水泥混凝土,且水化绝热温升亦小于普通水泥,因此,前者材料的性能与高速铁路道床板结构特点和抗裂需求间存在较好的匹配性,这与现场试验所示结果相同.故采用高贝利特水泥进行C40道床板混凝土配制是从材料方面解决道床板混凝土开裂问题的有效措施之一.Based on the crack resistance demand of cast in-situ slab concrete in the high speed railway,the mechanical properties,shrinkage performance,adiabatic temperature rise and crack resistance of high Belite cement were studied,and verified by field tests.The results show that both the early age modulus of elasticity and 180 ddry shrinkage value of high Belite cement concrete are significantly lower than ordinary cement concrete,and the hydrated adiabatic temperature rise of high Belite cement concrete is also less than that of ordinary cement concrete,indicating that the properties of the former material match better with the structural characteristics and crack resistance need of the track bed slab of the high speed railway.The results of the study are consistent with those of the field tests.Therefore,it is an effective measure to use high Belite cement in the preparation of C40 track bed slab concrete in order to solve the problem of slab concrete cracking from the aspect of concrete materials.
