摘  要:采用FLUNT软件,研究了烧嘴喷口安装高度对高温蓄热式加热炉内温度场和浓度场分布的影响。研究结果表明:在烧嘴喷口间距、空气、天然气射流流速、喷射方向和温度不变的前提下,喷口安装高度对炉膛内温度分布和烟气浓度影响很大。喷口安装高度距工件550mm时,加热工件表面的温度分布最均匀,处于2100K左右。随着安装高度的升高,出口处CH_4,CO_2和NO的平均浓度随之减少,O_2平均浓度先减小再增大,当高度为550mm时,O_2的平均浓度最小,说明燃烧最充分。The influence of installation height of burner nozzle on the distribution of temperature field and concentration field in high-temperature regenerative heating furnace has been studied by use of FLUNT software. The results show that the nozzle installation height has a great influence on the temperature distribution and the smoke concentration in the furnace under the premise of the constant burner nozzle spacing,air, natural gas jet flow velocity, injection direction and temperature. When the nozzle installation height is550 mm away from the workpiece, the temperature distribution on the surface of the heated workpiece is most uniform which is about 2100 k. As the installation height increases, the average concentration of CH4,CO2, and NO at the outlet reduces, while the average concentration of O2 first reduces and then increases.When the height is 550 mm, the average concentration of O2 is the smallest, indicating that the combustion is the best.
