摘  要:用于机车传动机构的齿轮毛坯属于大直径薄盘锻件。从轮毂到齿盘,厚度落差悬殊、锻件投影面积大且轮毂带深孔,具备深筋、薄板类锻件的特点,造成齿轮锻造困难。通过模具设计与优化锻造工艺,机车传动齿轮毛坯锻造成功。The gear blanks used for the transmission mechanism of locomotive belong to large-diameter thin plate forgings. From the hub to the tooth plate, the thickness difference is wide, while the projecting area of the forging is large and the hub has deep holes, which have the characteristics of deep ribs and sheet-like forgings, resulting in difficulty in gear forging. Through the die design and optimization of the forging process, the transmission gear blanks of locomotive have been successfully forged.
