摘 要:随着全球老龄化进程加剧,中国人口老龄化问题引起广泛关注。结合我国目前的国情,在各种养老方式中,居家养老模式将是多数老人的选择,而养老驿站则是北京市居家养老的终端服务机构。总结养老驿站的产生背景及发展目的,参考服务及建设标准设计了养老驿站的服务质量评价指标体系,基于熵权法和层次分析法建立了模糊综合评价模型,对问卷调研的数据进行了分析。该模型能量化养老驿站的服务质量,并给出客观评价,对养老服务和驿站的发展起到积极的监督作用。With the intensification of the global aging process, the problem of aging population in China has attracted wide concern and attention. Given the current national conditions of China, the home-based elderly care pattern will be the first choice by the majority of the elderly, and elderly rest station is the terminal institution of home-based elderly care in Beijing. This paper summarizes the background and development purpose of elderly rest station. The service quality evaluation index system of elderly rest station is designed according to the service and construction standard. By using the entropy weight and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, and some analysis is done according to the data from the questionnaire survey. The model can quantify the service quality of elderly rest station, give the objective evaluation, and play an active supervisory role for the de-velopment of the old-age service and elderly rest station.
