摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理信息系统在护理管理中的应用。方法选取该院2015年2月—2017年2月102例住院患者,其中51例未应用风险管理信息系统,51例应用风险管理信息系统,观察应用前后护理评估情况及不良事件上报情况。结果应用后护理评估率高于应用前(P<0.05);应用后非计划性拔管、跌倒/坠床、给药错误、给药近似错误发生率明显低于应用前(P<0.05)。结论风险管理信息系统可提高护理评估效率,减少护理不良事件,增强护理管理效果,临床应用价值高。Objective To study the application of risk management information system in the nursing management. Methods102 cases of inpatients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with51 cases in each, one group applied the risk management information system and the other group did not apply the risk management information system, and the nursing evaluation situation and report situation of adverse events before and after application were observed. Results After application, the nursing evaluation rate was higher than that before application（P0.05）, and the incidence rate of planned extubation, falling, drug delivery error, and approximate error rate of drug delivery was obviously lower than that before application（P 0.05）. Conclusion The risk management information system can improve the nursing evaluation, reduce the nursing adverse events and enhance the nursing management effect, which is of high clinical application value.
