摘 要:随着时代的进步,人们对生活质量的追求也不仅仅局限于物质方面,更加体现在精神和服务上。医疗卫生事业的发展一直都是社会关注的要点,无论是医疗效率还是服务质量,都关系到医院的良好声誉和未来发展。因此,医院在发展过程中,不应只注重对医疗救治质量的提升,也应该着力于药房药学服务质量,为患者提供更好的服务,保障患者拿到的药是正确的、有效的。该文重点分析在医院药房药学服务质量化管理中对品管圈的应用方式,提出当前药房药学服务的现状和问题,以期在未来的发展中能够成为医院发展的一大驱动力。With the progress of times, the pursuit of people to the quality of life is not only limited to the materials, more embodied in the mental and services, and the development of medical health cause has always been the key point of social development, no matter the medical efficacy and service quality, concerns the good reputation and future development,therefore, in the development course, we should not only pay attention to the improvement of medical emergency, but also the pharmacy service quality, thus providing better services for the patients, and ensuring the patients to obtain an accurate and effective drugs, and the paper especially analyzes the application method of quality control circle in the quality management in the pharmacy services, puts forwards the status and issues in the current pharmacy services in order to become one of the driving forces of the future development of the hospital.
