摘　　要：随着医疗现代化的快速发展,大型三甲医院引进各种高科技医疗设备,现代化医疗设备在医院的发展中越来越重要,因此加强对医疗设备的科学管理与维护十分重要,医疗设备的管理主要包括设备购置、招标采购、验收管理、计量管理以及设备报废等环节;设备的维护包括经济效益分析、社会效益分析、维修保养等。加强设备的优化配置与科学管理,最大限度的发挥设备的投入产出效能,已经成为现代医院管理的重要话题。With the rapid development of medical modernization, the large AAA hospital has introduced various kinds of high-tech medical equipment and the modern medical equipment is more and more important in the development of the hospital, therefore, enhancing the scientific management and maintenance of medical equipment is very important, and the management of medical equipment mainly includes the equipment purchase, bidding procurement, acceptance management,measurement management and equipment scrapping, and the maintenance of equipment includes the analysis of economic benefits, analysis of social benefits, and maintenance, and enhancing the optimized allocation and scientific management of equipment and extremely giving play to the input-output effectiveness of equipment, has already been the major topic of the modern hospital management.
