品管圈在提高肺结核患者健康教育知晓率的应用及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高肺结核患者健康教育知晓率中的应用及效果。方法 2015年6月-2016年4月,通过评价法确定提高肺结核健康教育知晓率为主题,对病区肺结核患者健康教育知晓率现状进行调查,分析肺结核患者健康教育知晓率低的原因,实施有效对策。结果经过品管圈11个月良性干预,患者健康教育知晓率从64%提高到90%,完成预期目标值86%,使肺结核患者在住院期间获得全面的健康教育知识。结论肺结核健康教育品管圈活动,提高了护士工作积极性,增强了团队凝聚力,规范了肺结核健康教育,提高了肺结核患者对健康教育知晓率。Objective This paper tries to explore the application and effect of the activity of quality control circle in improving the awareness rate of health education for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From June 2015 to April 2016,Through the evaluation method, the awareness raising rate of health education for tuberculosis was determine, the current situation of awareness rate of health education among tuberculosis patients in ward was investigated. The reason of low awareness of tuberculosis patients＇ health education was analyzed and effective measures were implemented. Results After 11 months＇ benign intervention, the awareness rate of health education increased from 64% to 90%, reached the expected target value of 86%, making the patients with tuberculosis acquired with health education. Conclusion TB health education quality control circle activity has improved nurses＇ working enthusiasm, strengthened team cohesion, standardized TB health education, and improved awareness rate and health behaviors of tuberculosis patients.
