摘　　要：目的探讨麻醉护理一体化管理模式在麻醉后恢复室的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月该院收治的120例全麻手术患者,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理管理;观察组给予麻醉护理一体化管理。比较两组管理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉护理一体化管理模式,有利于减少麻醉后并发症,提高护理满意度,值得进一步探讨。Objective This paper tries to explore the application effect of anaesthesia nursing integrated management model in the recovery room after anesthesia. Methods 120 cases of general anesthesia in this hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, each with 60 cases. The control group was given routine nursing management, and the observation group was given the integrated management of anesthesia nursing. The management effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated management mode of anaesthesia nursing is helpful to reduce the complications after anesthesia and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
